Founder
Marina Aronova, DNAP, APRN, CRNA founded Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa. Dr. Aronova is a Board Certified Nurse Anesthesiologist with over 7 years of healthcare experience and a passion for wellness, beauty and aesthetics. She has dedicated her life to helping and serving others.
Early in her career, Dr. Aronova was intrigued by the surgical patients she would often recover in her intensive care unit. After spending a few years working bedside as a critical care nurse, she decided to pursue a career in anesthesia in the hopes of satisfying her craving for a deeper fundamental understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Her passion for aesthetics was born in the operating room, while watching and providing anesthesia for a plastic surgery case.
When she is in the operating room, Dr. Aronova enjoys providing anesthesia for plastics and has administered anesthesia for a variety of cases including rhinoplasty, face lift, blepharoplasty, abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast augmentation among others. Outside of the operating room, she is committed to integrating the latest evidence-based innovations in aesthetic medicine at Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa. Dr. Aronova is empathetic, caring, patient, and above all, dedicated to her clients. She has a passion for learning, and has trained with some of the best injectors in the industry including Dr. Durkin, Medspa Network, and Kelly Hermans. She continues to attend conferences, seminars, and labs to stay abreast of the newest innovations in aesthetic medicine and bring the latest and greatest techniques to you.
After experiencing both the client’s and provider’s side of aesthetics and struggling as a client to find a Medical Spa that took the time to address her aesthetic goals, Dr. Aronova quickly realized the need for a custom-tailored approach to aesthetics and wellness. Thus, Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa was established. In the future, Dr. Aronova hopes to see Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa grow into a brand that is recognized for its commitment to individuality, excellence, and personalized approach to aesthetics and wellness.

Dr. Anthony Fernandez
Medical Director
Anthony Fernandez, DO is a board certified physician with over 25 years of healthcare experience. He obtained his medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Yale New Haven Hospital where he also obtained a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia. Dr. Fernandez has been privileged to work beside adult and pediatric plastic surgeons, and has provided anesthesia for a multitude of cases from craniofacial reconstructive surgery to complicated breast and body procedures. His experience in the operating room has allowed him to explore the intricacy of human anatomy first hand, piquing his curiosity regarding human longevity.
Dr. Fernandez has a passion for functional medicine and is dedicated to not only helping others look younger but feel younger as well. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and is constantly seeking out opportunities to expand his skills to allow him to integrate the latest and greatest innovations in medicine into his patient care. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Fernandez is a husband and father to 8 wonderful children and an avid chess and tennis player. Dr. Fernandez has joined Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa in the hopes of merging his two worlds: curative and functional medicine. He is excited to be able to expand our services and has dedicated himself to our mission of providing excellence and taking a personalized approach to aesthetics and wellness.
