We look forward to welcoming you to our medspa. Appointments can be reserved through the online portal on the website by clicking “book now”. Credit card deposit is required.


A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for treatment scheduled in advance. A reservation fee of $150 will be charged at the time of booking for all services except new client consultations (for new clients only). This fee confirms your booking and is non-transferable, non-refundable and can only be used during the scheduled appointment. The reservation fee cannot be applied to future appointments, but will be applied towards your aesthetic services during your booked visit.

Your appointment slot is reserved for you. Please understand that cancellations and/or no shows affect not only our staff but our other patients. Reservation fees will NOT be refunded due to cancellation, no exceptions. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or you will forfeit your reservation fee. A rescheduling fee will apply to all appointment changes and will be charged to the card on file, no exceptions. Any appointment that no-shows and/or cancels within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur an additional $100 charge for the visit and result in the forfeit of your reservation fee, no exceptions. NO REFUNDS, exchanges, or credit card chargebacks will be accepted. If for any reason the payment for any service or fee does not process, you will be held responsible for any outstanding balance and fees as mentioned, and will be billed. Future appointments cannot be booked prior to resolving the outstanding balance owed. Please respect your healthcare provider’s time, as we are always mindful and respectful of your time.


Arriving late takes away valuable treatment time with your healthcare provider. Although every effort will be made to perform your treatment in the remaining scheduled time, please understand that we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment to a later date if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or if your treatment cannot be completed in the remaining scheduled time. Your previously charged reservation fee will be forfeited and a new reservation fee will be charged to the card on file for the rescheduled time and date.

Payment for all medical spa procedures is due in full at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. For your convenience, we provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your desires:


Although we absolutely love children and pets, we are unable to accommodate children or pets at the treatment studio. Please make appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment.

Visitors (i.e. spouses, friends) are welcome to accompany you to your appointment but must wait in the lounge area during your scheduled treatment time. This policy allows us to ensure you get our full attention during your procedure(s). If your visitor would like a consultation, they must have an appointment booked prior to arrival. It is typical for the daily schedule to be booked back-to-back therefore, it is rare to have last minute appointment slots available.


Safety and transparency are two of our top values at Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa. Although it is likely safe, out of an abundance of caution, it is the practice of Lumify Aesthetics & Medspa to not inject any pregnant or lactating patients due to the lack of large volume research studies confirming the safety of injectables in this patient population.
